Q: What is the class like?/What can I expect?
A: The class is typically set up in a station format. We have 5 stations with 3 or 4 people per station and 2 exercises per station. After a quick warm-up together, I'll explain how to do each exercise and I'll split everyone into groups. If there are new people we'll usually also do name introductions and newbies are placed with more experienced bootcampers so you have lots of support! Once the workout starts, each round lasts one minute and you can take it at your own pace and rest as needed. I'll push you to work hard if you're ready for it, but you don't need to worry about me being in your face yelling at you or pushing you past what you can handle. It will be challenging, but within your abilities. At the end of the workout we'll do a quick stretch and you'll be on your way with a smile on your face and a few new friends!

Q: How intense is this class? 
A: Throughout the classes I'll push you to work hard, but I won't be in your face yelling at you the entire time.Instead I’ll encourage you to push your limits and rest as needed throughout the workout, reminding you that results come to those who work for them! Most of the time I’ll be right there working hard beside you!

Q: I'm a beginner and have never worked out regularly, can I do this class?
A: YES!! There are beginner and advanced variations for all exercises, so if you're a beginner (or advanced for that matter), you'll be able to get a great workout that's suitable for your pace. (And feel free to bring any friends and family members you know would love our class!)

Q: I'm intimidated by the gym. Will I get made fun of or will people stare at me?
A: NO! At The Wreckroom we are VERY intolerant of any kind of shaming or negativity towards others. Our goal as a facility is to be a place that fosters hard work (and the awesome results that come with it) while still being welcoming to everyone. ESPECIALLY those who have had bad experiences in other gyms!

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: All you need to bring is water, a smile and a pair of indoor shoes, gym shorts/pants and a shirt!

Q: Can I invite my friends?
A: YES! The more friends you have attending the more likely you will be to come out often and that means RESULTS! One of the best things about bootcamp is the social component that allows you to get time with friends that you'd love to see more AND get your workout in!
